Catalog Intelligence takes the artwork you already own or source and makes it findable. The same structure that sits behind the ONLLY Historical and Modern catalogs is applied to your library.

Sample
You send a representative sample of the library. We assess its condition and propose a taxonomy.

We correct and complete the metadata and map every work to the agreed taxonomy.

Search by what the room needs
A team can describe a request ("calm riverbank, warm light, landscape format"), start from a reference image or filter by palette, orientation and subject. The same approach works across your own library, the ONLLY catalogs, or both together.

Rights and data
We work with the files you give us and do not change their licence status. Where a source or licence cannot be verified we mark the work as such instead of guessing. Your library and the cleaned data are not shared with other clients, and we sign an NDA on request.
FAQ
How large does the library need to be?
There is no fixed minimum. The work pays off once a team can no longer find a file without asking a colleague. A sample tells us quickly whether it fits.
Do you move our files?
Not unless you ask. We can work from copies and return the cleaned metadata in the format you choose.
Can this run on the ONLLY catalogs too?
Yes. Search can cover your library, the Historical and Modern catalogs, or all of them together.
What does it cost?
