Yes. Paid plans include a non-exclusive commercial print licence for the approved company and agreed physical wall-art use. The exact scope is recorded in the Business Licence supplied with your account or request.
No. Digital resale, redistribution, sublicensing and sharing with unrelated businesses are prohibited.
One artwork is one selected design delivered as the standard JPEG and PDF set in 3:4, 4:5 and 5:7. That standard set can contain up to six production files.
No. Production files are prepared after you submit a request. Standard requests are normally completed within 4-24 business hours, while large or complex batches may take longer.
The workflow lets us verify the approved source, prepare the required ratios, create the JPEG and PDF files, check the folder structure and release the correct set for your request.
No. The Business catalogue only includes artworks approved for the B2B workflow. Some retail products are not available for commercial requests.
Unused monthly allowance does not roll over unless your agreement says otherwise.
Starter includes the standard ratios. Studio and Unlimited can include additional size support under the plan terms. Complex redesign or restoration work may require a separate quote.
Unlimited is designed for recurring standard production needs of one approved business. It does not include bulk database export, resale of digital files, unlimited manual redesign, use by unrelated companies or simultaneous unrestricted production queues. High sustained usage may require production scheduling or an enterprise agreement.
No. Submitting the form records your interest. We contact you to confirm the company, intended use, licence and payment before activating the plan.
No. Business features are activated in your normal onlly.art account. If you do not have an account yet, we help create one using the application email.
After preparation and quality control, the request is delivered to a private Google Drive folder and appears in the Business request history.
Before preparation begins, we can usually cancel a request and return the reserved allowance. Once preparation has started, cancellation is reviewed with the Business team.
