Business Licence overview

Each approved production request is tied to a documented licence. This page explains the standard scope. The final request-specific Business Licence, including territory, channel, term, artwork list and restrictions, prevails over this overview.

What paid Business plans allow

• Print the delivered artworks as physical wall-art products.
• Sell authorised physical posters, art prints and framed prints to end customers.
• Use supplied previews in product listings for the approved physical products.
• Use delivered files in the approved client, interior or commercial project.
• Share files with a print or production contractor only where necessary for the authorised physical production and under your control.

What is not allowed

• Reselling, distributing or giving away the delivered digital files.
• Sharing a Business account or file library with another independent business.
• Sublicensing the Business catalogue or claiming exclusive ownership of a source work.
• Using an artwork outside the company, territory, channels, term or restrictions recorded for the request.
• Using the onlly.art name or brand as an endorsement without written permission.

What the licence records

The approved artwork IDs, requesting business, permitted commercial use, territory, sales or project channel, term, restrictions, delivery date and the related production request. Only Business Approved artworks may be included in a commercial request.

Public-domain and rights wording

Some source artworks are in the public domain. onlly.art does not claim exclusive copyright in the underlying public-domain work. Our Business service covers rights review, preparation, formatting, delivery and contractual permission to use the delivered production files within the agreed scope.

Before you print

Request a scope review before launching a new product line, entering a new territory, printing beyond an agreed quantity, or using artwork in a new marketplace or campaign. Licence wording is not legal advice; qualified counsel should review the final commercial agreement for your business and market.

White-label catalog use

A White-label Art Catalog lets an approved partner present an agreed Business Approved assortment under the partner's brand. It does not transfer copyright ownership, give the partner a bulk download right or permit resale or redistribution of the underlying digital source files. Production masters are released only through the agreed customer-order or production workflow.

Catalogue availability may vary by territory, product type, source quality and intended use. A production release records one customer order line, artwork, product specification and authorised quantity. The partner remains responsible for its customer pricing, checkout, physical production, fulfilment, support, customer terms and any partner-supplied content unless a separate agreement says otherwise.
