1. General Provisions

This document constitutes a public offer by IE Chudnova Darya Igorevna (TIN 246011691601), hereinafter the "Seller", and sets forth the terms of sale through the onlly.art online store (the "Site").

Placing an order on the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by the Buyer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to deliver goods (posters, paintings, reproductions and related items) to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this offer.

3. Placing an Order

  • The Buyer selects items on the Site and adds them to the cart
  • The Buyer fills in contact details (name, email, phone) and selects a delivery method
  • The Buyer confirms the order and makes payment
  • The order is considered placed after successful payment

4. Prices and Payment

  • Prices are shown in USD for international orders and include applicable taxes where required
  • The Seller may change prices unilaterally; the order price is fixed at checkout
  • Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) securely via Stripe

5. Delivery

  • We ship worldwide via international carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and partners)
  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination
  • Free shipping on orders over €100 (or equivalent) for standard delivery
  • Delivery times: Europe 5–7 business days, USA & Canada 7–14 business days, other countries 7–14 days depending on destination

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must retain original condition and packaging
  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method

7. Quality Guarantee

The Seller guarantees items match the Site description. Defective or non-conforming items may be replaced or refunded.

8. Liability

  • The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers or force majeure
  • The Seller is not liable for color differences due to monitor settings
