1. Operator and scope
These terms govern use of onlly.art and of ONLLY services for business clients: artwork research and selection, the Historical and Modern catalogs, custom artwork and production-file preparation. The operator is BUIDLERS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

2. Services and requests
A brief, an access request or any other form on the site records interest in a service. It does not create an order, a licence or a download right by itself. A service begins once scope, timing and price are confirmed in writing.
3. Business accounts, orders and payment
Access to the client workspace is given to approved companies. Price and payment terms are set by the agreed quote or plan. Card payments are processed by Stripe; onlly.art does not store card details. Further terms are in the Business Terms.
4. Licences and use of works
Browsing the catalog does not grant a right to use a work. The right of use is set by the Business Licence, the Business Terms and the licence record for the specific request. For Historical works the status is shown on the record; onlly.art does not claim exclusive copyright in public-domain works. Modern works are ONLLY Studio originals, licensed commercially for the agreed scope. Resale, transfer, public redistribution of files and bulk extraction of the catalog without written permission are not allowed.
5. Confidentiality
We do not share your briefs or project materials with third parties other than providers needed to deliver the service. We do not contact your clients. We sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
6. Delivery and timing
Deliverables are provided digitally through the client workspace or by email. Timing is confirmed per project and is not an unconditional guarantee.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, refunds and credits are governed by the Business Terms and the written agreement for the project. If a file does not open or is damaged, contact info@onlly.art and we will put it right.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to infringe third-party rights, to scrape catalog data by automated means, to circumvent access controls or to disrupt the service.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onlly.art is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit. Liability for a service is limited to the amount paid for that service in the period giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future use. The version in force when an order is confirmed applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
