We process information you provide when sending a brief, requesting access, using the client workspace or contacting us: name, work email, company and role, the content of briefs and attached materials, order or project number and consent choices. To protect the service, we may also process technical data such as IP address, user agent, request time and fraud-prevention signals.
3. Why we use data
We use data to provide services, run the client workspace, process and support orders and projects, deliver digital files, answer messages, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations and, where you have separately opted in, send marketing communications.
4. Recipients and international processing
We use hosting, email, payment, analytics and storage providers only to the extent needed to run the site. Those providers may process data outside your country. A payment provider receives only the information required to process payment.
