About the artwork
Dated 1757, "Danae Receiving the Golden Shower" is an artwork by François Boucher. It is listed in the Mythology collection. The image is in landscape orientation.
"Danae Receiving the Golden Shower" is available for commercial licensing as a print-ready master. A landscape format suits wide, low wall spaces such as the stretch above a bed, mantel, or sideboard. Mythological scenes add narrative depth and historical atmosphere, which helps them work as a central accent in classic as well as eclectic spaces. Add it to a brief and we send a shortlist for your space, with the source, rights status and a project licence you can show your client.
