What material are the posters printed on?+
We use premium 265gsm matte paper with eco-friendly inks. Canvas prints on wooden stretcher frames are also available.
What sizes are available?+
Standard sizes: 21×30 cm (A4), 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm, 50×70 cm, 61×91 cm. Some works are available in additional formats.
How much does shipping cost?+
Shipping is free on orders over €100. For smaller orders, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your country. We ship internationally via DHL, FedEx, UPS and partners.
How long does delivery take?+
Europe: 5–7 business days. USA & Canada: 7–14 business days. Other countries: 7–14 days depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I return an item?+
Yes, you can return items within 14 days of delivery if they retain their original condition and packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
How can I pay?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices at checkout are in USD for international orders.
Can I order a custom size?+
Currently we print in standard sizes. If you need a custom format, contact us and we'll try to help.
Do posters come with frames?+
Posters and frames are sold separately. You can add a frame to any poster during checkout. Frames are made from FSC-certified wood.
How should I care for my posters?+
Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity. Clean frame glass with a soft dry cloth. Store unframed posters in their tube.
