No. Sending a brief only starts the conversation. We confirm the scope, the licence and the price with you before any work begins.

Yes. Documents can carry your branding, and we sign an NDA on request. We contact your client only if you ask us to.

A project licence covers one client project. An annual catalog licence covers an agreed number of works for twelve months, across your projects. The licence for your request records the works, the use and the restrictions. See the licence page for the standard scope.

Yes. Pick works in the Historical or Modern catalog, add them to a brief, and we prepare the files and the licences.

Every work shows its source. We confirm the licence for your project before you use a work, and tell you if a work is not suitable.

No. Digital files are for your authorised project. Resale, redistribution and sublicensing are not permitted.

We deliver print-ready masters through a private Google Drive folder, sized to your walls. Clients with a workspace also see their works in My Library.

We deliver print-ready files to your printer. If you need a production partner, we can refer one.

Both depend on volume, research depth and any custom work. After the brief we reply with a plan, a timeline and a price.
