These terms govern use of onlly.art and purchases of digital files through the site. The site operator and seller is BUILDERS LIMITED, a company incorporated in Hong Kong.

The product page and checkout describe the relevant digital product, price, format, delivery method and applicable licence. Physical goods are not included in a digital order unless expressly shown at checkout.
Customers must provide a correct name and email, review the order and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy before payment. The order price is fixed when the order is confirmed. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; onlly.art does not store payment card details.
After payment is confirmed, we send confirmation and file-delivery information to the email in the order. If the email does not arrive, a link does not open or a file is damaged, contact info@onlly.art with the order number.
Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, personal and non-transferable licence to use the received digital file for personal printing and display. You may not resell, transfer, make it publicly available, use it in a commercial product or represent it as your own without separate written permission.
Digital access has a particular nature and refunds after delivery may be limited by applicable law. This does not limit support where delivery fails, a file is damaged or the item materially differs from its description. Personal-data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms for future site use. The version accepted at checkout is retained with the order record. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong unless mandatory consumer law in the customer's country requires otherwise.
